We want you to love your Chicago-designed frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all independent eyewear in its original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, we provide complimentary exchanges or full refunds to ensure you find the right look.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely package your frames in their original hard case and box.
Drop Off Locally
Hand off your package to the designated carrier. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your return is fully processed.
Inspection and Refund
After our Chicago team inspects the frames for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
